Group Exercise Classes – Aerobics

  • $5.00 per class non-members

All classes are one hour long and may include: warm-up, aerobic section, strength training with body bars, tubes, bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, rope jumping, boxing moves, abdominal work, kettleBells, bender balls, Pilates and stretching. Many classes include step.

**All classes may be modified for low or high intensity depending on your individual fitness level.
